What a decor crew needs to know about your venue

Brookstreet publishes a 350 guest dinner capacity, names five ballrooms and outdoor spaces, and offers ceremonies indoors and outdoors. It is the only hotel in this set, which makes it the one venue where a loading dock, a service elevator and a house electrician are all plausible. Plausible is not confirmed, and we treat it exactly like a barn until a crew has been through the service corridor.

Strathmere publishes a dinner capacity for each of its three wedding venues separately, which is more useful to a rental company than a single headline number. Our stock is bought in sets of 100, 60, 30, 20 and 12, so three room sizes means three different answers about how many sets fit and how much is left over. That arithmetic is below. Those are useful to us because they tell us immediately which of our sets run out and where. A 400 guest Grandview is four times a set of 100 chargers and we own two sets, so the honest answer is that we can dress half that room. The building itself, the doors and the power and the flame rules, we have not confirmed at all.

Stonefields publishes an address, a set of named spaces and the fact that a ceremony here can be indoors or outdoors. It does not publish a guest capacity anywhere we could find on its own site, and several wedding directories do publish one. We have left that row empty rather than repeat a number the venue itself has not stated, which tells you most of what you need to know about how the rest of this page was written.
