Stonefields publishes an address, a set of named spaces and the fact that a ceremony here can be indoors or outdoors. It does not publish a guest capacity anywhere we could find on its own site, and several wedding directories do publish one. We have left that row empty rather than repeat a number the venue itself has not stated, which tells you most of what you need to know about how the rest of this page was written.

Getting a truck to Beckwith
Beckwith is out past Carleton Place, which puts it in our regional zone alongside Almonte, Arnprior, Perth and Kemptville. That is a flat delivery fee with a rental minimum attached, and it is four priced legs rather than one: out on Friday, back Friday, out Sunday, back Sunday. It is also far enough that a forgotten easel is a two hour round trip, so our crate list gets checked twice for this drive.
Beckwith is not inside Carleton Place. That is the closest service page we have written up, and we confirm the exact zone against this address when you book rather than assume it here.
What we would send to Stonefields Estate
10 pieces, and the reason attached to each one is a fact about our warehouse rather than a claim about this building. Where our stock does not reach the guest count the venue advertises, it says so.
A round topped metal arch in matte black or brushed gold for the ceremony. It ships and stores flat, then pins together on site in four sections without tools.
Wedding Arch
The venue publishes an outdoor ceremony option, and this is the piece that dresses one. It stands 240 cm assembled, needs 2.5 m of clearance to raise, and has to be staked into grass or weighted. On a hard surface you supply the sandbags, because ours travel with the champagne wall.
A pair of tapered metal pillars dressed with silk blooms in ivory, blush and sage. They flank an aisle, a head table or a sign without booking a florist.
Flower Pillars (pair)
A pair flanking an aisle or a sign, dressed in silk, with no florist booking required. They go out as a pair and never singly, and we own four pillars total.
Real wax shells with a flickering LED core and a remote for on, off and dim. Battery only, no charging base, which is the answer at any venue that bans open flame. Rents in sets of 60.
LED Pillar Candles (set of 60)
Battery, no charging base, no wall outlet. The candle we default to anywhere the flame policy row above is still empty.
Clear 30 cm cylinder hurricanes that enclose a flame, which is what most venues mean when they say candles have to be contained. Each takes a pillar candle or an LED pillar. Rents in sets of 12.

A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.

Clear, frosted or mirror acrylic on an easel, lettered here. The easel is not weighted, so outdoors it wants a sheltered spot and winds under 20 km/h.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
90 by 120 cm on a weighted stand. It needs 130 cm of clear level floor and it arrives on structural delivery, which means our crew stands it rather than you.
Frosted acrylic blanks on small brushed stands, numbered in our own shop so a set can run 1 to 20 or carry your table names instead. Rents in sets of 20.
Table Numbers (set of 20)
Sets of 20 frosted acrylic blanks, numbered or named in your font in our shop. We own 40 blanks, which is two sets on any one date.
20 cm clear glass cylinders that hold two or three stems each. Clusters of three or five down a long table do most of the work of a centrepiece. Rents in sets of 30.
Bud Vases (set of 30)
30 clear cylinders per set, two or three stems each. They are glass, so they ride in the van or come off our counter and never by courier at any weight.
A locking acrylic box with a card slot in the top and a small frame on the front for a sign. Both keys go to you at delivery.
Card Box
Small, light, and one of the few things on this list you can collect yourself rather than pay a regional delivery fee to receive.
Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.

Battery fixtures on the floor, colour set once before doors open. We do not rig them on walls, drape or truss anywhere, so no venue rigging question arises.

How many guests does Stonefields hold? +
We do not publish a number for this venue because we could not find one on the venue's own website. Directories publish a range. Ask Stonefields directly and you will get the answer that is actually contractual, which is worth more than ours would be.
Can our arch go up outside here? +
The venue publishes an outdoor ceremony option, so the arch is a sensible thing to ask for. Our own rule is that it stakes into grass or gets weighted, and it does not go up above 30 km/h wind. What we have not confirmed is the ground surface at the ceremony spot, which is the parking and unload row above.
What does delivery to Beckwith cost? +
It falls in our regional zone with Carleton Place, Almonte, Arnprior, Perth and Kemptville, which carries a flat fee and a rental minimum. Both numbers are published on our delivery page rather than quoted on request.
