Evermore publishes a 200 guest ceiling and names a restored barn, a tent, outdoor courtyards and lounge areas among its spaces. Two hundred is a number we can do arithmetic against, and most of the recommendations below are that arithmetic run against what is actually in our warehouse. What none of it tells us is how a truck gets from a farm lane to the barn floor, which is why the checklist under it is empty.

Getting a truck to Almonte
Almonte is named in our regional zone, so the fee and the rental minimum are both published rather than quoted. A property that spreads a ceremony, a tent and a barn across 45 acres is the case where the dolly run matters more than the drive: the difference between unloading at the door and unloading at a gate is an hour of crew time each way, and that hour is the thing we have to know before we price a Saturday.
What we would send to Evermore Weddings and Events
10 pieces, and the reason attached to each one is a fact about our warehouse rather than a claim about this building. Where our stock does not reach the guest count the venue advertises, it says so.
A 33 cm beaded rim charger in PVD gold stainless that sits under the dinner plate. Rents in sets of 100, which is ten tables of ten.
Gold Charger Plates (set of 100)
The published ceiling is 200 guests, which is 20 tables of ten and 200 plates. That is two sets and the entire charger stock we own. If your date is a full house here, book the chargers first because they are the constraint.
Real wax shells with a flickering LED core and a remote for on, off and dim. Battery only, no charging base, which is the answer at any venue that bans open flame. Rents in sets of 60.
LED Pillar Candles (set of 60)
Real wax shells, battery cores, no cord and no charging base. Anywhere a tent or a heritage barn is in play we quote these before we quote a flame, and we keep quoting them until a written policy says otherwise.
Clear 30 cm cylinder hurricanes that enclose a flame, which is what most venues mean when they say candles have to be contained. Each takes a pillar candle or an LED pillar. Rents in sets of 12.
Glass Hurricanes (set of 12)
If the answer comes back as enclosed flame only, this is what the answer looks like on a table. Sets of twelve, two sets in stock, and each takes a real pillar or an LED one.
A round topped metal arch in matte black or brushed gold for the ceremony. It ships and stores flat, then pins together on site in four sections without tools.
Wedding Arch
Matte black or brushed gold, four sections, pinned together on site with no tools. It stakes into grass, which suits a ceremony on a lawn, and we own two.
A pair of tapered metal pillars dressed with silk blooms in ivory, blush and sage. They flank an aisle, a head table or a sign without booking a florist.
Flower Pillars (pair)
Silk, pre dressed, and they stand without a florist in the schedule. Useful on a property where the ceremony and the reception are in different places and nobody wants to move fresh arrangements twice.
A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.
Welcome Sign
60 by 90 cm on an easel at the entry. Outdoors it needs shelter and winds under 20 km/h, because the easel that comes with it is not weighted.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
At 200 guests the chart is the thing that stops a queue forming at the barn door. Final list seven days out, one round of proofing, and reprints after approval are a new panel at cost.
Frosted acrylic blanks on small brushed stands, numbered in our own shop so a set can run 1 to 20 or carry your table names instead. Rents in sets of 20.
Table Numbers (set of 20)
20 blanks per set, lettered here in numbers or table names for the same price. 20 tables at ten guests is exactly one set.
20 cm clear glass cylinders that hold two or three stems each. Clusters of three or five down a long table do most of the work of a centrepiece. Rents in sets of 30.
Bud Vases (set of 30)
One set of 30 covers six to ten tables in clusters of three. At 20 tables that is two sets, and we hold four sets' worth.
Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.
Uplights (set of 12)
Battery powered, floor standing, colour set once before doors. Worth saying plainly: uplights need a wall or a drape to throw colour onto, and whether that surface exists where you want it here is one of the things we have not confirmed.
Questions we get about Evermore Weddings and Events
Can you dress 200 guests here? +
On tables, only just. 200 guests is 200 chargers, which is two sets and every charger we own, so a second wedding on the same date gets none. Table numbers, candles and vases all sit comfortably inside our stock at that count.
Do you know the barn's power situation? +
No. Circuits and amps are both empty rows above. Our uplights run on batteries specifically so that answer can stay unknown, but nothing with a printer in it can.
Who tells you where to unload? +
Right now, you do. Once we have delivered here our crew fills in the parking and unload row and it stops being a question you have to answer. If the venue coordinator would rather tell us once and be done with it, the correction link at the bottom goes straight to us.
