Before you book
- · Shared stock. The welcome sign, the seating chart wall and the mirror sign all draw from one pool of 12 blank panels and 6 easels, so the pool fills 12 signs across all three products on any one date, not 12 of each.
- · Wording is due ten days before the event. Lettering is applied locally on a 3 to 5 day turnaround, which is why this is not on the 148 day import gate.
- · The easel is not weighted. Outdoors it needs a sheltered spot and winds under 20 km/h.
- · Do not tape anything to the panel face.
- · Acrylic scratches. It travels in the sleeve supplied, never loose in a car boot.

Can we pick it up ourselves? +
Yes. One person, about ten minutes, and it travels in a padded sleeve.
Is the lettering done by hand? +
No, it is cut vinyl or UV print, applied in Ottawa on a 3 to 5 day turnaround. You get one round of proofing before we cut.
Why is the stock number the same as the seating chart? +
Because it is the same stock. Twelve blank panels serve all three sign products, which is what lets us letter yours in a week instead of ordering a one use panel from overseas four months out.
