Temple's publishes a 200 guest ceiling and, unusually, says outright that you can celebrate indoors or out at any time of year. That second claim is the interesting one for a rental company, because roughly half our catalog behaves differently below freezing and those rules are ours, not the venue's. Getting a truck to Lanark
Lanark sits beyond the towns our regional zone names, so this address is quoted individually rather than off the flat table. The cells fitted are good for about one evening at room temperature. For a winter date here plan the run honestly, because spare cells are excluded and a cold room shortens an evening.
Clear 30 cm cylinder hurricanes that enclose a flame, which is what most venues mean when they say candles have to be contained. Each takes a pillar candle or an LED pillar. Rents in sets of 12.
Glass Hurricanes (set of 12)
Enclosed flame in a 30 cm cylinder. Burning a real pillar down to the base sooties the inside and that comes back as a cleaning charge, which matters more on a long winter reception than a short summer one.
Twelve glass cylinders in graduated heights with a floating candle for each. Grouped in threes, one set dresses four round tables.
Floating Candle Vessels (set of 12)
Twelve graduated cylinders and twelve floating candles. Filled cylinders cannot be moved, so they get placed first and filled second, and they come back emptied and dry because water left in a crate cracks glass in a Lanark winter.
A 33 cm beaded rim charger in PVD gold stainless that sits under the dinner plate. Rents in sets of 100, which is ten tables of ten.

The published ceiling of 200 is 20 tables of ten, two sets, all 200 plates we own. PVD gold rather than electroplate, which is the difference between a finish that survives a hundred wash cycles and one that wears through at the contact points.
Frosted acrylic blanks on small brushed stands, numbered in our own shop so a set can run 1 to 20 or carry your table names instead. Rents in sets of 20.

Frosted acrylic. Acrylic scratches and it does not enjoy a cold car boot, which is why every blank travels in its own padded sleeve and comes back the same way.
A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.
Welcome Sign
Lettered locally on a three to five day turnaround, so a wording change three weeks out is a conversation rather than a crisis. Ten days is the hard cutoff.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
Indoors, or outdoors in dry weather under 25 km/h wind. At a year round venue that condition is worth reading twice before you plan an outdoor chart in November.
A round topped metal arch in matte black or brushed gold for the ceremony. It ships and stores flat, then pins together on site in four sections without tools.
Wedding Arch
Four pinned sections, no tools, 240 cm assembled. Outdoors it stakes into grass, which is a different proposition on frozen ground, so tell us the month and we will tell you whether staking is realistic.
20 cm clear glass cylinders that hold two or three stems each. Clusters of three or five down a long table do most of the work of a centrepiece. Rents in sets of 30.
Bud Vases (set of 30)
Glass, so van delivery or studio pickup only, never a courier at any weight. Empty the water before they go back in the crates.
Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.
Uplights (set of 12)
Battery fixtures, a full evening on a charge. A longer run needs a charging position with two outlets, and how many outlets exist here is an empty row above.

Do you deliver to Lanark in winter? +
Yes, and it is quoted individually rather than off the zone table. What changes in winter is the crate list rather than the availability: glass comes back dry, acrylic travels sleeved, and we tell you which pieces we would rather not send.
The venue says indoor or outdoor year round. Does your kit follow that? +
Some of it. The arch stakes into grass, which frozen ground complicates. The mirror sign is indoor only because condensation lifts the vinyl. The LED candles and the uplights do not care. Every one of those limits is ours and is written on the individual item pages.
Is this the same place as Temple's Sugar Bush? +
The sugar bush site carries a weddings page that points at the country weddings site, and both list the same Fergusons Falls Road address. That is what we can see publicly and it is what we have recorded. Anything about the ownership behind it is not ours to state.
