Brookstreet publishes a 350 guest dinner capacity, names five ballrooms and outdoor spaces, and offers ceremonies indoors and outdoors. It is the only hotel in this set, which makes it the one venue where a loading dock, a service elevator and a house electrician are all plausible. Plausible is not confirmed, and we treat it exactly like a barn until a crew has been through the service corridor.

Getting a truck to Ottawa
This is a west end Ottawa address and the shortest drive on this page. That matters more than it sounds: a short drive is fewer crew minutes on the Friday delivery run, and crew minutes are the resource that runs out first on a peak Saturday. Hotels also tend to want a certificate of insurance and a named load-in window, and neither of those is confirmed here, which is why they are rows on the checklist rather than assumptions in our quote.

Arrives with a certified operator who stays the whole run. It needs a dedicated 15 A circuit that catering is not already on, a level 2.5 m by 2.5 m footprint and 2.4 m of ceiling. A hotel is the likeliest venue on this site to have all three. Likeliest is not confirmed, and we ask before we load.
A motorized arm sweeps a camera around a raised platform and sends a slow motion clip straight to the guest's phone. An operator runs the platform and helps people on and off it all night.
360 Video Booth
Needs a clear 3.5 m by 3.5 m with 2.7 m of ceiling so the arm can swing, and its own 15 A circuit that a kitchen is not on. Ballroom scale suits it; the ceiling clearance row above is still empty.
Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.

LOVE Marquee Letters (set of 4)
About 4.7 m across the set, so it wants a clear wall or backdrop at least that wide, plus one 15 A outlet within reach of the cable ramp. Nothing fabric or floral goes over the faces because the bulbs run warm.
A freestanding cast acrylic wall, 70 cm wide and 160 cm tall, with 40 recessed cutouts that hold filled coupes at chest height. It ships flat and bolts together on site in about forty five minutes.
Champagne Wall
40 coupe cutouts at chest height, delivered and built by our crew in about 45 minutes on a level floor. We own one, and on a June or September Saturday that is the whole constraint.
A 33 cm beaded rim charger in PVD gold stainless that sits under the dinner plate. Rents in sets of 100, which is ten tables of ten.

350 published for dinner is 35 tables of ten, which is 350 plates. We own 200. A full house here is a room we can dress a bit past half of, and we would rather write that down than discover it in a ballroom.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
Needs 130 cm of clear width and a level floor, which a hotel foyer has. It goes out on structural delivery so our crew stands it, and the final list is due seven days ahead.
A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.
Welcome Sign
Ten minutes, one person, travels in a padded sleeve. The one item on this list you could collect from our counter on the way in.
LED neon on a clear acrylic backing in your wording, built for you by an Ottawa fabricator. It runs cool and sits on a floor stand or hangs from a backdrop frame. This is a made to order piece, not stock.
Neon Sign
Made to order in your wording by an Ottawa fabricator, three to four weeks from approved artwork, and never hung over a dance floor, a bar or seated guests. It carries a special order charge because a sign with your names on it has exactly one rental in it.
Guests text a photo from their own phone and the station prints it on the spot. It works beside a booth or as a standalone table near the bar.
Instant Print Station
Needs a stable surface at least 60 cm deep, a 15 A outlet within the supplied 7.5 m cord, and usable cell signal. It carries its own hotspot so it does not depend on hotel wifi, which is the failure we have seen most often.

Does a hotel make the load-in easier? +
Usually, and we still will not claim it here. Whether there is a dock, a service elevator, or a corridor wide enough for a 132 cm panel are three separate answers and we have none of them for this building. They are the first three rows of the checklist above.
Can you dress a 350 guest reception? +
Not on chargers. 350 seats needs 350 plates and we own 200. Uplights, the champagne wall, the letters and the signage all scale to a room that size without trouble. It is the per seat items where our stock is the ceiling.
Do you carry insurance for hotel load-ins? +
Ask us and we will send what your coordinator needs. What we have not confirmed is what this venue specifically requires and at what amount, which is why it sits in the coordinator notes row above rather than in our quote as an assumption.
