Orchard View publishes the biggest numbers on this site: 10 to 400 indoors and 50 to 2,500 outdoors, with three named rooms carrying their own counts. Those are useful to us because they tell us immediately which of our sets run out and where. A 400 guest Grandview is four times a set of 100 chargers and we own two sets, so the honest answer is that we can dress half that room. The building itself, the doors and the power and the flame rules, we have not confirmed at all.

The row that matters most here is the circuit count in the Grandview, because a room that seats 400 is a room where somebody will want a booth, letters and a print station running at once, and that is three separate 15 A draws. Ceiling clearance is second, since the 360 booth needs 2.7 m of it and a large room does not automatically have it where you want the booth to stand.
Narrowest door on the load-in route
ConfirmingThe narrowest door between the tailgate and the room, not the front door. The champagne wall travels in 70 cm sections; the seating chart panel is 132 cm on its long edge and does not come apart.
Usable ceiling clearance where pieces stand
ConfirmingClearance over the spot a piece stands in, not the height of the peak. The 360 booth needs 2.7 m to swing its arm and the arch is 240 cm assembled.
Stairs, ramp or elevator on the route

Getting a truck to Greely
Greely is in the City of Ottawa's rural south, roughly the same direction as Manotick and Russell. We confirm the zone against the address at booking. A venue that publishes an outdoor number in the thousands is also one where the question is not whether we can get there but whether our stock reaches, and that answer is in the recommendations rather than the delivery table.
What we would send to Orchard View
10 pieces, and the reason attached to each one is a fact about our warehouse rather than a claim about this building. Where our stock does not reach the guest count the venue advertises, it says so.
A 33 cm beaded rim charger in PVD gold stainless that sits under the dinner plate. Rents in sets of 100, which is ten tables of ten.
Gold Charger Plates (set of 100)
A full Grandview at the published 400 is 40 tables of ten, which is four sets. We own two. We can dress half that room and no more, and that is a fact about our warehouse rather than about theirs. The Lakeview at 180 and the Terrace at 120 both fit inside our stock comfortably.
Frosted acrylic blanks on small brushed stands, numbered in our own shop so a set can run 1 to 20 or carry your table names instead. Rents in sets of 20.
Table Numbers (set of 20)
40 tables in a full Grandview is two sets and every blank we own. The Lakeview at 18 tables is one set. Numbers or table names cost the same because both are lettered here.
Real wax shells with a flickering LED core and a remote for on, off and dim. Battery only, no charging base, which is the answer at any venue that bans open flame. Rents in sets of 60.
LED Pillar Candles (set of 60)
120 candles across 40 tables is three per table, which reads thin. Across the Lakeview's 18 tables it is closer to six or seven each, which reads properly. Room size changes the answer more than budget does.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
One 90 by 120 cm panel. Above roughly 250 names a single chart starts to become a wall people crowd rather than read, and at that point we would rather talk about two panels than sell you one and hope.
A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.

Clear, frosted or mirror acrylic on an easel. A venue with three separate rooms is a venue where the entry sign earns its rate.
Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.
Uplights (set of 12)
One set is twelve fixtures, sized for a typical ballroom. In a 400 seat room twelve reads sparse, and we do not split or double a set casually, so ask us before you assume one set covers the Grandview.
Clear 30 cm cylinder hurricanes that enclose a flame, which is what most venues mean when they say candles have to be contained. Each takes a pillar candle or an LED pillar. Rents in sets of 12.
Glass Hurricanes (set of 12)
Two sets is 24 cylinders, which is not one per table in a full Grandview. It is one per table with spares in the Lakeview.
20 cm clear glass cylinders that hold two or three stems each. Clusters of three or five down a long table do most of the work of a centrepiece. Rents in sets of 30.
Bud Vases (set of 30)
Four sets in stock is 120 vases. Clustered in threes that dresses 40 tables, which is the one table decor line that does reach a full Grandview.
An enclosed booth with a DSLR, a studio light and a dye sublimation printer that hands guests a dry print in about twelve seconds. It arrives with a certified operator who stays for the whole run, so nobody in the wedding party has to watch it.
Classic Photo Booth
Comes with its own operator, needs a dedicated 15 A circuit not shared with catering, a level 2.5 m by 2.5 m footprint and 2.4 m of ceiling. Two of those three are venue facts we have not confirmed here.

The set spans about 4.7 m and needs a wall or backdrop at least that wide. In a 400 seat room that is easy to find; in the Terrace it may not be, and we have not measured either.
Questions we get about Orchard View
Can you dress a 400 guest wedding at Orchard View? +
Partly, and we will tell you exactly which parts. Chargers reach 200 seats, not 400. Bud vases reach 40 tables. Table numbers reach 40 tables using every blank we own. Anything beyond that we would be sub-renting or declining, and we would say which.
Which room suits your stock best? +
The Lakeview at its published 180. Eighteen tables is inside every set size we hold with something spare, which means no piece of your table plan depends on nothing else being booked that weekend.
Is the outdoor 2,500 number relevant to a decor rental? +
Not to ours. Our largest sets are built around 100 place settings and a typical ballroom. An outdoor event at that scale is a marquee and staging conversation, and we would point you elsewhere rather than pretend otherwise.
