Le Belvédère publishes two numbers that matter to us and one address, and that is genuinely all we know about the building right now. Everything below the fact table is either arithmetic on those numbers or a statement about our own warehouse. This is the only Quebec side record we have written up, so it is also the one where the tax, the language and the bridge all change, and those parts we can speak to with confidence because they are ours.

The flame policy is the row to answer first here. A 200 seat dinner is 20 tables, and the difference between real tapers and battery LED across 20 tables is the difference between two crates and one. Second most useful is the load-in door, because the seating chart panel for a 200 name list does not come apart.

Getting a truck to Wakefield
Wakefield sits past the end of our published zone table, so this address does not carry a flat rate. We quote the drive individually rather than stretch the Gatineau zone to cover it. Quebec side work is a GST and QST transaction rather than Ontario HST, your contract and confirmations come to you in French if you want them that way, and a Friday afternoon load-in means crossing a bridge before the afternoon peak or paying for the time it costs.
Wakefield is not inside Gatineau and the Outaouais. That is the closest service page we have written up, and we confirm the exact zone against this address when you book rather than assume it here.
What we would send to Le Belvédère

Twelve battery powered LED wash fixtures that sit on the floor and throw colour up a wall or a curtain. The colour is set once before doors open and the set covers a typical ballroom.
Uplights (set of 12)
Twelve battery fixtures, floor standing, no venue outlet required. We lead with these at every venue whose circuit count is unconfirmed, which right now is every venue on this site.
Real wax shells with a flickering LED core and a remote for on, off and dim. Battery only, no charging base, which is the answer at any venue that bans open flame. Rents in sets of 60.
LED Pillar Candles (set of 60)
Battery only, with no charging base anywhere in the set. Until a flame policy for this room comes back in writing, this is the candle we will quote you.
Clear 30 cm cylinder hurricanes that enclose a flame, which is what most venues mean when they say candles have to be contained. Each takes a pillar candle or an LED pillar. Rents in sets of 12.
Glass Hurricanes (set of 12)
The enclosed option, held for the day the policy comes back as enclosed only. Each cylinder takes a real pillar or an LED one, so the look survives either answer.
A 60 by 90 cm panel on an easel for the entry, lettered in your wording in our own shop and stripped back to a blank after the event. Choose clear, frosted or mirror acrylic.
Welcome Sign
Lettered in our own shop, so the wording can run French, English or both without a translation charge. Wording is due ten days before the date.
A 90 by 120 cm panel on a weighted stand, printed with your full seating plan. We letter it locally after your final list is approved and strip it back to a blank afterwards.
Seating Chart Wall
At the 200 person dinner the venue advertises, one printed chart does the work of 200 escort cards. Your final list is due seven days out because after that the panel is already printed.
A 33 cm beaded rim charger in PVD gold stainless that sits under the dinner plate. Rents in sets of 100, which is ten tables of ten.

200 seated is 20 tables of ten, which is 200 chargers, which is two sets and every charger we own. A full house here books out that stock for the weekend.
A freestanding cast acrylic wall, 70 cm wide and 160 cm tall, with 40 recessed cutouts that hold filled coupes at chest height. It ships flat and bolts together on site in about forty five minutes.
Champagne Wall
40 cutouts, so at this guest count it is a cocktail hour moment rather than a pour for the whole room. We own exactly one and a second is a 148 day build.
A restored rotary phone that starts recording when a guest lifts the handset. It runs off a USB-C power bank, so it can sit anywhere in the room without a cord across the floor.

Do you know the load-in door width at Le Belvédère? +
No, and we will not guess it. It is the first row of the checklist above and it is empty. If you have walked the route with the coordinator, tell us the narrowest door and we will publish it here with the date and credit the source.
Can we have real candles here? +
We do not know, and neither answer is safe to assume. Ask the venue for the policy in writing and send it to us. Until then we quote the battery LED pillars, which are allowed everywhere.
Does a Wakefield delivery cost more than Gatineau? +
It is quoted individually rather than off our zone table, because Wakefield sits past the published zones. Quebec side work is also GST and QST rather than Ontario HST, and that shows on your quote before you pay anything.
